Basic furnishings or unfurnished (whichever is desired) 2020 remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with fenced in yard and off-street parking in NE Anchorage. Close to ANMC, JBER, U-Med, and across the street from Cheney Lake Park with access to trails. This is a multi-level home with fenced-in yard, with storage shed, and off-street parking. The house is set up duplex style with a separated mother-in-law apartment that has a separate entrance, parking, yard, shed, etc that is used by the owners.

Walking into the front door of the home there is an entryway space with closet and coat rack on the wall, and continues into an open concept kitchen/dining/living area. Kitchen is spacious with plenty of counter space, island with gas stove and vent hood, dishwasher, fridge, a deep two-basin stainless steel sink, garbage disposal, plenty of cabinets for storage, and a pantry. Living room has large wrap-around windows. Walking through the dining area there are french doors leading to the fenced back yard with storage shed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one is big and the other is a larger master with walk-in closet, all with large windows. There is 1 bathroom located upstairs with the bedrooms. In the basement there is a washer and dryer, ample storage space, and the boiler room. Flooring is a vinyl-wood, with tile in the bathroom. The windows have blinds installed.

Outdoors is a fenced-in backyard, off-street parking for two vehicles (three if you park two end to end), storage/artists shed.

Utilities, Wi-FI, and yard care/snow removal are included with rent.

6-12 month lease options. All utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer), trash and recycle, and Wi-Fi internet are included. Refundable security deposit equal to one months rent plus $300 additional per pet (refundable). Maximum 3 pets upon approval, additional $50 monthly rent/pet. Renters insurance required.

Applications required from anyone 18+ that will be living on the property. Application must be submitted before an individual showing will take place.

    "Nearby school, fairly quiet compared to others areas on this side of town. Well kept yards, neighbors are friendly but respect your privacy. Some loose dogs roam the neighborhood but don’t cause any problems besides barking and they don’t seem to be strays. Nice and spacious mid-century single family homes. Some issues with people speeding and skipping stop signs later at night. No issues with packages and deliveries being left on the porch. Overall a good place to live. "
