  • Trulia User
"I'm retired. No commuting is required. However I see plenty of people utilizing the public transportation system. "
  • Trulia User
"I Was one Of the first family in this new community since they build this neighborhood very quiet Friendly neighbors"
  • CHRISTINA S.
"The bark park dog park is close and it is super nice with 3 different gated areas that are 8 feet tall, includes 2 water park sections for the dogs as well. Best dog park I’ve been to with lots of land to run, well taken care of. Reseeded every summer. Dog parents are friendly and lots of dogs go to this park. You’ll know all the dogs names after a week of going. Top knot place. "
  • Dennis M.
"I have lived in this new for a year now and its a wonderful place to live lots to do near by and not right in town "
  • Jody K.
"In this park you purchase the mobile or manufactured home and with your lot rent you pay water and sewage. You own your home and can sell it when you move."
  • Browneyedgirl626
"Freaking LOVE this part of the city. River mountain is extremely quiet and not so much hustle and bustle being the first freeway exit outside of Boulder City. Very CLOSE to lake mead. Though, it is about a ten min drive or so to get any where, it’s worth it. I love it here "
  • Heather C.
"I’ve lived here for 2 and a half years and our neighbors are wonderful! I feel safe and protected! It’s worth the commute into town."
  • Llzerfoss
"I grew up in this neighborhood and I love it exactly why I’m looking for a new home near by and so we can stay close to family"
  • Micaela D. W.
"Nice and quiet place. Good for starting a family. "
  • Robandjinhee
"I've visited the area many times but I finally bought a home in the area. It's far enough away from the chaos of the city but still close enough to drive into town and enjoy Henderson's many amenities. "
  • Choose2bhappy
"I am a renter and have been here for about 2 years. There is an Annual Garage sale other than that I do not know of any they put on. "
  • Latiesha W.
"I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 5 years & I love it! The people are friendly, the elementary schools in this area are great! There's plenty of nice parks & we'll kept yards. It's quiet & not far from more shopping options."
  • Dmurphy46
"We live in the Old Vegas community and found it to be exactly what we were looking for. Neighbors are friendly and we are all one family. When neighbors go on vacation we watch each others homes. The community is well maintained and the HOA fees are fair. The parks are kept neat and clean. We do not have any tagging problems or crime. Very little nightlife which keep the riffraff away from this area. "
  • Robert A. R.
"This is a great neighborhood for kids & animals. Near school & park. Horse trail jogging trails near by.& shopping. One of the lowest crime area in henderson."
