    "The bark park dog park is close and it is super nice with 3 different gated areas that are 8 feet tall, includes 2 water park sections for the dogs as well. Best dog park I’ve been to with lots of land to run, well taken care of. Reseeded every summer. Dog parents are friendly and lots of dogs go to this park. You’ll know all the dogs names after a week of going. Top knot place. "

    "Freaking LOVE this part of the city. River mountain is extremely quiet and not so much hustle and bustle being the first freeway exit outside of Boulder City. Very CLOSE to lake mead. Though, it is about a ten min drive or so to get any where, it’s worth it. I love it here "

    "We live in the Old Vegas community and found it to be exactly what we were looking for. Neighbors are friendly and we are all one family. When neighbors go on vacation we watch each others homes. The community is well maintained and the HOA fees are fair. The parks are kept neat and clean. We do not have any tagging problems or crime. Very little nightlife which keep the riffraff away from this area. "
