HOLD FEE/EARNEST MONEY: Equals one month rent plus $250 lease administration fee, and it is due within 24 hours of application accepted.

The golf course, country club (which features a water park, tennis courts, upscale restaurant, ballroom, and fitness center), as well as numerous playgrounds/parks are just a block or two away. Riggs Elementary school is right around the corner. The neighborhood landscaping is very well maintained, the community is very clean, and well lit jogging paths surround the area."
