This property is available in September. Its not easy to find Gilbert homes as large as this. It is a 4bed/3bath corner lot home on a 1/4 acre lot. Huge kitchen/great room and backyard which also has a putting green. Lots of interior upgrades. See the photos. The ceilings are 10' and the house has a north/south facing for cooler AZ days. ** Preferred method of communication is thru Zillow or texts. My email is available upon request. Only one application is processed at a time there is no charge to apply. Only accepted applications will be charged $50/adult paid at lease signing. Tenants must view inside house before applying. Move in costs are typically 1st month prorated (divide total rent by 30; multiply by # of days of occupancy), security deposit one month rent, and a one time $300 lease fee & $50/application fee. Application fee is only charged upon acceptance. No fees are charged up front and declined applicants not charged at all. A $60 admin fee will be added to the monthly advertised rent.**

Twelve month term preferred but shorter leases negotiable at a higher rent rate. Only one application is processed at a time. Zillow applications are not accepted; we have our own. Text or Zillow message me to request an online or PDF print application. Full name, phone number, and emails for any adults who would like to apply online. Tenants must see inside the property before applying. A $60 admin fee will be added to the monthly advertised rent.
