About this House

This is a fully furnished, Single level, 2000 square foot house in seville community that features an open floor plan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. We supplement cooking essentials including air fryer, slow cooker, blender etc. The entire house has water softener/ rivers osmosis, no need to buy bottled water.
The master suite features a king bed, smart TV, private shower and tub and dual sink. Our backyard boasts a patio with epoxy flooring, grill, fire pit and a patio warmer making it a perfect place for a quiet morning coffee or entertaining guests.
Our garage has a 3-piece storage cabinet, epoxy flooring and 2 car parking space in addition to the driveway.
 We provide fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Grocery stores such as Fry's and Walgreens are found within two-minute drive from this house and several restaurants and shopping within a short drive.

Preference is at least 3 months but can take a minimum of one month lease. Owner pays for all utilities for a lease less than 6 months which can be negotiated. This house is fully furnished.

    "My family lives in this neighborhood (Seville Golf & Country Club community), and it is one of the best communities we have lived in within the East Valley. Two major grocery stores are within ½ mile, and the San Tan Village Mall and Harkins theaters are only 7.58 miles away. The golf course, country club (which features a water park, tennis courts, upscale restaurant, ballroom, and fitness center), as well as numerous playgrounds/parks are just a block or two away. Riggs Elementary school is right around the corner. The neighborhood landscaping is very well maintained, the community is very clean, and well lit jogging paths surround the area."
