You'll enjoy the 2 car garage too.

We are not setting up showings right now because this home is currently occupied but will be available soon. Please respect their privacy and do not disturb. If you would like to complete the application process and reserve this home for a $250 non-refundable holding fee until it's ready for move-in which we anticipate being around May 5. This fee must be paid within 24 hours of being pre-qualified and will be applied to your first month's rent if you enter into a lease for this home.

Owner pays for garbage and fire protection. Tenant pays for electric and water. Smoking not permitted in the house. Lease will be one year. $400 pet deposit is per approved pet.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better.
