"there are several churches of different denominations in the neighborhood which provide a lot of community events and service projects. there are a variety of parks in the area. there are so many citrus trees, it smells devine when they are in bloom."

"The neighborhood is definitely made for cars. Public transit is sparse. To catch a train, you first need a car. However, the roads are fairly maintained. "

"I stay at home. My husband has a 20 minute or 25 minute highway commute depending on the job. We are about 10 minutes from two highways and it basically takes 20 minutes to get to most places including the airport. "

"The area is nice I just wouldn’t rent at Falcon Glen, ever. There’s close shopping and lots of parks nearby and also shopping, but again... I would never rent again at Falcon Glenn"

"I have lived here in the Groves for four years and I absolutely love it. Everything is conveniently nearby. People walk their dogs at night. There’s dog parks. The neighbors are friendly."

"the people from out of state are rude and have absolutely no manners. They are still uaing their address from the other state for licensing and registration. The rent is rediculous for the apartments it is for."

"Great schools! Quiet area, great neighbors, too. Close to public transportation, grocery stores, Walgreens, CVS, churches, etc. This home backs up to a very quiet medical plaza with great doctors. "

"this place is the armpit of mesa! Poor management. They are out to screw everyone over. price might sound good, but zero bang for your buck. horrible. they are crooks. they WILL take advantage of you. I would only recommend this place to the bbb, and mike holmes, holmes on homes"
