Just minutes in either directions for all universities, community colleges, and trade schools
The bedroom I'm offering is a nice size room with ceiling fan, nightstand, dresser, and queen memory foam mattress, you will have access to the laundry room full use of the kitchen and a shared bathroom with only one other roommate
We prefer 6 months to a year commitment
The rent is$675 and includes water, sewer, garbage, electricity and Wi-Fi
A $200 damage deposit is required at the time the tenant moves in
We screen all our roommates no exceptions
Total of $875 dollars paid in full upon occupation of the room
We are available to show the room most days the room is ready for occupancy

No smoking no drugs rental screening required of all prospective tenants rent and damage deposit needs to be paid at the time. Tenant moves in.
Six months lease and then after that, it automatically goes to month to month

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "
