Two bedrooms, a full bath and good-sized utility room are also located on the main floor. The balcony with built-in book cases overlooks the foyer and leads to the large master bedroom. Enjoy the huge closet (as big as a bedroom) and the roomy bath with jetted soaking tub, separate vanities and WC. For the hobbyist, crafter, artist or handyperson, the basement is your place! Lots of light through nicely sized windows that look onto the yard. Finished (3rd) bath with shower. Tons of space in the unfinished basement areas that includes: Office; and, a fantastic 2nd room, with miles of counter space and a large island fully plumbed that holds a large tray-style sink. It has been used by the owner for photography but would easily accommodate other uses. Basement rooms spaces were created when the house was built. Traffic is non existent and neighborhood is quiet. Traveling to local restaurants and entertainment is easy and within ten minutes. Commute to PHILADELPHIA and airport is approximately one hour. Traveling during summer travel and holiday weekends is painful on 95 and surrounding roads with influx and outflux of people traveling. "
