It is right across the street from Lorewood Grove Elementary School, with a playground just down the street. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit laundry. General liability renters insurance required. Pets not allowed. Tenant pays: electric, gas, water, trash & communication/cable, internet if desired. Landlord pays: community assessments, sewer, property taxes & exterior landscaping/grass cutting. No smoking permitted.
