Description

Open house on Saturday -3-28-26 from 12-2 pm and Sunday 3-29-26 12-2 pm. (There is a gas line ran up to the right side of the home, but it was never ran into the home yet). Property has a Civic Association that is $40 a year. This stately Colonial-style home, built in 1974, boasts nearly 3,000 square feet of living space designed for both comfort and functionality. As you step inside, you are greeted by timeless hardwood flooring that flows through the main living areas. The traditional floor plan features seven spacious rooms, offering plenty of flexibility for a home office, formal dining, or a cozy library. Two-story brick exterior, beautiful spacious interior and bountiful backyard in Bear Colonial on Coach Dr. Gently sloping front lawn and long driveway with extra parking precedes this delightful red brick/cream siding 4BRs 2½ bath home edged with black shutters and turned front entrance. Slightly elevated, open air front porch with views to scenic street offers great post for morning coffee! Front door grants access into wide and open foyer where dark rich paneled doors, as well as dark rich crown molding and baseboards collectively create impressive impact here and throughout home, as a traditional floor plan emerges. Oversized entrance leads into classic LR to the right with elegant and vibrantly striped wallpaper that beautifully melds with wine color paint and striking wood floors, while series of bookcases/build ins span back wall and stunning bay window grants glimpses to front lawn. Across the foyer and just opposite LR is the hardwood floored DR, where soft neutral palette, the promise of natural light through dual window and a setting that invites one to relax is the perfect backdrop for casual family dinners or formal friend’s gatherings. Floorplan wraps to back of home, which opens to sprawling main space living. Kitchen is expansive and all about warm wood cabinets, rich granite countertops, earth tone ceramic tile backsplash/tile border and sleek SS appliances. Floor-to- ceiling pantry offers plenty of room for snacks, canned goods and paper products, and separate hutch with glass fronts and granite countertops is not only a beauty but great place for coffee station as well as storage. Sun-infused morning room is seamless to main kitchen area and is situated before glass sliders and wonderful dining option from dawn to dusk. Tucked off kitchen is sunken hall with a powder room and laundry and access to 2-car garage/side yard. Large soft yellow painted, wood-floored FR is the ideal place for afternoon games and evening TV! Floor-to-ceiling brick FP dominates one wall, while chairs and end tables finish the room with area rugs that lend splash of color. Gem of home is through glass sliders into spectacular vaulted ceiling sunroom with 15 brand new windows for a panoramic view of the rear yard. Rear concrete patio provides a gathering spot for BBQs and out door play area. Large fenced in yard is great for summer parties as well. The rear lawn just keeps going so this would be a home to potentially put an inground pool in. The rear yard is complemented with metal fencing as well.

  • PMB
"Easy access to 95 and route 1. Nearby stores within a 5 mile radius in both directions. Appo School district is preferred for most. Our Neighborhood is tucked back away from any main roads. Traffic is non existent and neighborhood is quiet. Traveling to local restaurants and entertainment is easy and within ten minutes. Commute to PHILADELPHIA and airport is approximately one hour. Traveling during summer travel and holiday weekends is painful on 95 and surrounding roads with influx and outflux of people traveling. "
  • Amberphillips302
"Its an ok mobile home park. Mostly adults live here. Lot rent is very reasonable that includes sewer, water & trash. Its a one circle community. "
  • Ericatyndall
"Easter egg hunt, Santa comes around in carriage during holidays, community yard sales, haunted house during Halloween "
  • Lacey W.
"You always see people walking their dogs. Excellent dog parks in the area and dog friendly hiking trails."
  • Christine P.
"Seeing other people walk their dogs. There are parks in the area that are dog friendly. If one don't like dogs they would not like to see the dogs in the area."
