Description

This is a quiet, 1030sf ground-floor condo in a very chill complex. Well-shaded in the summer and boasts a wood-burning fireplace for the winter. Greatroom-style dining and living room means it's good for hosting, and bedrooms separated from one another gives a sense of distance if you're WFH (or if you have a roommate).

I completely renovated the kitchen a few years ago, including brand-new black stainless steel kitchen appliances and washer/dryer combo. Private, shaded patio and light-blocking shades in both bedrooms. The unit is across the street from Avery Brewing and Twin Lakes, as well as right along the 205 bus route and the LoBo trail. It also comes with a one-car detached garage with both wall shelving and overhead shelving, so can accommodate quite a bit of storage.

The complex has a pool which is open from about May-Oct, and a jacuzzi which is open year-round. Tours available by request.

Water and trash are included in the rent, but tenant will be responsible for electric/gas and any internet/cable. Absolutely no smoking of any kind, even on the patio. Application fee will be credited to first month's rent if we sign a lease.

HOA covers common area maintenance and building exterior, so you won't need to, e.g., shovel snow, but patio isn't covered by HOA.
