Family, pet, and work friendly, this spacious home has 4 bedrooms (one of which is also an office,) and 2.5 bathrooms. 3 blocks to Center beach, 4 blocks to restaurants and shops. Built in Putting green. BBQ off kitchen balcony, and outdoor dining in courtyard. Rooms are large, closets are large, kitchen fully appointed. 2 car garage. Beach accessories included.

Get a feel for the layout (following the order of the photos): Starting from the third floor down, working our way out of the house - The bedrooms are large. On the third floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed, very large balcony, walk in closet, dual sinks, and walk in shower. Plenty of room for a blow up or pack in play to accommodate kids that wind up in your room. The second bedroom also boasts a king bed, 15 foot wall length closet, and shares the same large balcony as the Primary bedroom. This second bedroom has two cushioned chairs that can quickly be added to the balcony for more seating. The third bedroom is what I call the bunk room. It has 3 twin beds and a double (one of the twin beds rolls out from under the double bunk bed.) There is space for a pack n play and blowup mattress. It also has an extra long wall length closet. These two guest rooms share the second full bath with shower and tub. The second floor is the main floor. There are two living areas of equal size. Toward one direction of the stairs is a large living area with a gas fireplace, built in bar, dining room, and access to another large balcony. On the other side of the stairs is another large living area with an open kitchen and a family room leading to the same large balcony accessed through the previously mentioned living room. The balcony has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Between these two rooms is a 1/2 bath. On the first floor is the entryway, an oversized laundry room with two large LG front opening machines, and an abundance of storage. Across the hallway is the 4th bedroom with a queen size bed and office space. This floor allows access to the two car garage. When you walk outside the front door, there is a courtyard with a large picnic table for any outdoor dining you desire. Upon exiting this courtyard to the sidewalk, you'll find a putting green to practice your short game. Plenty of street parking, driveway parking, and garage parking available. Note- the bedroom on the first floor will use the bathroom on 2nd and 3rd floors. Also note, no Air Conditioning. Portable fans only.

3 blocks to Center Beach, 4 blocks to liveliest part of Orange Avenue (our Main Street), with lots of festive restaurants/ bars/ shops/ grocery stores, only 2 blocks to school playgrounds, and 3 blocks to our main park (Spreckels Park) where our summer concert series takes place.

"Concert in the park every Sunday between Memorial Day and Labor Day. July 4th parade & Christmas parade"
  • Amy H.
"Coronado is a very dog friendly town. However, the parks are surprisingly closed to off leash dogs (ie throwing a ball). You have to take them to specific dog areas, such as dog beach, or one park in Coronado Cays. "
  • Oscar G.
"It’s a nice island with a big military presence. It definitely feels very homely and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. "
  • Manny G.
"I reside on the military base. But it’s a pretty nice neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend anyone who wants to live here, you’d be making an amazing decision."
  • Pegasus6080c
"Everyone has a dog almost! Extremely dog friendly!!!! Parks, great walking areas! Pick up bags are handy here..."
  • Patrigna M.
"There’s a dog beach! But no dog park. So unless you’re up for dealing with sand and wet dogs every time your only option is leash walking or going over the bridge to Balboa Park. "
