As a former teacher at this school, I strongly recommend not bringing your kids here. The bullying and lack of discipline is out of control and I cannot speak for any other teacher, but many had ran out of options and they can only do so much to discipline kids themselves. Admins don't do too much when teachers attempt to get guidance and just overworked to the point where yeah, there's very limited options to do something with troubled students. It's like a party at school and if you have a child that doesn't give problems they'll either become bullies themselves or be bullied constantly. if you care about your child, don't bring them there.
