- 1 bedroom in a 4-bedroom house on C Street NE, right across from Stanton Park and 5 minutes from Capitol Hill.
- 15 minutes from the Orange/Silver Lines (Eastern Market/Cap Hill South) and 10 mins from the Red Line (Union Station); 15 mins from Trader Joe's and from Whole Foods/H Street Corridor
- $900 rent/month + utilities (usually around $50-$100 depending on the month)
- 3 other roommates -- 2 guys who work on the Hill; 1 guy who works for DOT; all easy to get along with
- On-street parking (need a zone 6 permit)
- Room is a decent size and gets tons of natural light
- 2 bathrooms, although you'll likely just use the second-floor bathroom, near the bedroom
- Although the photos don't show it, the downstairs is fully furnished so you won't need to bring furniture
 - Kitchen is a bit small, so that requires some patience
- Lease is month-to-month
All in all, it can't be beat for the price, especially if you work on the Hill. Let me know if you're interested!
P.S. one roommate does have a golden doodle (he is a registered service animal). Super friendly; doesn't bark or shed; and is usually with roommate the whole day.

Rent is $900 per month. Tenants pay all utilities - usually around $100 a month total. No pets other than registered service animals are allowed.
