Our 1900's modern row house in the historic district is blocks from food, museums and monuments. The home is fully furnished with tons of natural light. Combining the nation's most prestigious historic neighborhood, classic Capitol Hill architecture and modern comfort our home will delight you with amenities, style and convenience.
About Our Home:
Our home features a large-sized master bedroom with a queen bed. The master has an amazing seating area with natural light. The second bedroom has a day bed, two closets, and a full workstation (desk/monitor/chair). There is a full modern bathroom with plenty of closet space. The open-concept living area has modern art with an original brick wall unique to Capitol Hill running the interior length. A seating area is near the kitchen and a flat-screen TV with an option for FireStick (high-speed WiFi is also provided throughout the unit). There is a kitchen table for six people.
The living room leads to an outside oasis on the Hill. A small seating area leads to an outside living area, complete with a dining area, as well as a lounge space beneath a tree.

The home is move-in ready with everything you need. Everything.
The home offers an open kitchen equipped with utensils, plates and glassware, refrigerator, oven/stove, toaster, coffee maker, French press, microwave, and garbage disposal. Opening to a breakfast nook, the kitchen fits 4-5 people and soaks up natural light in the morning. The entire flat includes bedding/linens,dryer, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap, and towels, washer/ kitchen rags.
Although Capitol Hill is a family-friendly, safe neighborhood, we have installed a state-of-the-art security system and multiple cameras outside the house.
Location, Location, Location:
The central location of our unit in Capitol Hill is a wonderful addition to the reason why our home is perfect for your needs. The preferred method of transportation is by foot, and there is also easily accessible street parking and a Capitol Bikeshare station close by. For Metro, Union Station's red line Metro stop is only a few blocks away, and Eastern Market is on the blue line. In addition, there is easy street parking with a parking pass so you do not need to obtain a Washington, DC license plate.
