Bathrooms have been remodeled and the kitchen has a few upgrades. It does come with standard kitchen appliances. In the basement there is a washer and dryer that is included. The home is less than 4 minutes from Carlton Stadium home of the Champion City Kings Baseball. 12 month lease, security deposit of $1625 required due at signing. You will be require to take care of normal housing repairs such as clogged toilets and sinks. You will be require to have utilities and trash in your name. You will be reqthuired to keep the yard clean, cut and maintained according to normal expected community standards. $75 for the background check when you apply. Last two months of paystubs as proof of income. No pets allowed.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
