Description

A charming three bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a desirable neighborhood. We recently upgraded and refurbished the kitchen and the main bathroom. Good sized bedrooms with a large, loft bedroom upstairs. Spacious living area. Big basement that is dry and clean. A lovely front porch that has been freshly painted and a nice side deck. A garage to keep you car in and plenty of storage! Lots of time put into the front of the house to make it a place you will be happy to come home to each day.

I plan on being at house this Saturday (4/25) from noon to around 2:00 PM. Please let me know if you plan on coming by. Other appointments can be made as needed.

Renter is responsible for all utilities, including gas, electric, water, and trash. Renter is responsible for lawn mowing, snow removal and any fees that come with that. Renter will pay for internet and cable if they prefer to have those services.
Property comes with washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and one window AC unit. Renter is responsible for maintenance of all of those items.
No smoking inside of the house.

    "There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
