Welcome to 1020 E Main St, a newer build (2002), 4-bedroom home with central heat and air plus an attached garage. This home was just freshened up with new paint and hardware throughout. This layout features a spacious downstairs area for living, cooking, and entertaining. All four bedrooms are upstairs, providing a nice separation for peace and quiet. The living room opens to a large kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and over-the-range microwave, and the kitchen flows into a spacious dining/flex room. A separate laundry room has washer/dryer hookups. The full bath has a double-sink vanity. Durable luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and a smart-home security system round it out.

Residents are responsible for utilities, lawn care, internet, cable, and renter's insurance. Utilities are billed through our utility management program, which starts service, covers deposits, and pays the utility companies. Residents reimburse actual water, gas, and electric usage. Program cost: $40 one-time setup plus $11.99 per month. Fixed monthly charges: trash $26.30, alarm/smart home monitoring $53.15, preventative pest control $20.

Advertised rent reflects a 2-year lease. A refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent holds the unit after approval. Everyone 18 and over must apply; application is $50 per person. Applications are reviewed for employment, income, savings, credit score and history, background check, and rental history. Last month's rent in advance may be required.

Appliances are provided as courtesy items and maintained by the tenant. Washer/dryer available to rent for an additional fee. Pets welcome: $250 one-time fee plus $50/month, per pet.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
