About this House

We are getting ready to list our spacious
Southside 4 bd, 2.5 bath house as a rental available mid November through the latest date of December 1.
We renovated most of the house when we moved in (2018) and working on getting the last things updated and prepared to be rental ready. The rooms are huge, the yard is gigantic and has a Costco play structure for kids to play. There is a good size storage barn in the back. Oversized Two car garage. There are two living rooms. Master bedroom/ master bath, living rooms, dining room, half bath are on second floor along with a second story deck with stairs to backyard. 3 large bedrooms and laundry on first floor.

Beautiful updated large kitchen with Quarts Counters, White Shaker Cabinets with soft close, glass tile backsplash, black stainless steel appliances.

3,500/ month plus first months rent.
Utilities are not included, tenant responsible for Gas, Electric, waster/sewer, trash, and snow removal/lawn maintenance.
