This home is available fully furnished or not furnished at all. If house is rented furnished the rent is $2200 per month. If house is rented unfurnished the rent is $1850. This house has been completely remodeled inside and out. As you come in the front door you are in the living room with brand new flooring, windows and ceiling fan. To the left is a hallway that leads to the bedrooms but to the right is the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a large eat in area, brand new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and seating at the counter as well. If rented furnished the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. The laundry room includes washer, dryer and cabinets above for storage. There is also a door that leads to the backyard. Down two steps is the family room with new flooring, windows and ceiling fan. Back down the hallway you reach a bedroom on the left first. Across the hall is the only full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a linen closet. To the left of the bathroom is the primary suite. This suite includes the primary bedroom with new flooring, windows and ceiling fan; and a half bathroom with sink, toilet and storage area. To the right is the 3rd bedroom with new flooring, windows and ceiling fan. The large fenced in backyard gives you plenty of space for relaxing or entertaining. There is a also a carport and one car detached garage. Pets are allowed with a $500 non-refundable deposit per pet and an additional $100 per month. We do not accept applications from third party companies such as Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, etc. Contact us directly for the application link.
