Three bedrooms with a bonus room that overlooks the downstairs living room. Comes with all appliances, including washer and dryer. Solid red oak hardwood flooring everywhere except the two full bathrooms. No carpet anywhere. Fenced in backyard with screened in porch and an open deck off of the porch. Lots of shade trees in the back yard. Garage and longer driveway can easily fit 4 cars. Photos will be added once home is vacant early/mid July.

Renter is responsible for utilities: electric (Laurens Electric), gas (Piedmont Natural Gas), and water (Greenville water). The final month's rent is due at signing. No smoking / vaping / drug use allowed. A pet fee will apply for any pets but is negotiable. Renter is responsible for grass cutting, but other lawn maintenance is included within rent. Grass cutting and/or weekly/bi-monthly/monthly cleaning available for additional fees.
