Residents are responsible for all utilities which includes water/sewer, electric and heating oil. Heat is oil, forced hot water system, newly installed in June 2021.

Residents are responsible for snow removal and basic yard maintenance. Trash pick up is curbside.

One Pet will be considered on a case by case basis. Dog must be friendly toward people and other dogs. No excessive barkers. Cat must be spayed or neutered. No untrained puppies or kittens. No dangerous breeds. Monthly pet fee is $25.

Qualified Applicants will have good credit, verifiable combined income of at least 3 times the monthly rent and good references.
