  • Rebecca S.
"our neighborhood has no public transportation but it is just a short drive from Concord 10 minutes wonderful elementary school. lively community. great library, fire & police staff and the best fireworks show on our old home day! "
  • Shelly F.
"Safe neighborhood, good schools, friendly neighbors! Lived here for 9 years and love it! Traffic is a littler rough during race weekends but that only twice a year!"
  • Jane
"Lots of dog owners walking their dogs. Lots of wooded areas to bring dogs that’s safe and enjoyable. There a nice park where you can bring your dog (please clean up after your pet). I have never seen a dog off a leash in my neighborhood and most people clean up after their dog(s)."
  • Carissa
"Everybody is really friendly and always says hello to each other in passing and waves when driving by. People are cautious of children playing in the neighborhood and it feels safe. People and pets walk the neighborhood daily, it is clean and scenic and just a nice place to be. "
  • Anthonydeflorio
"dogs will have plenty of space to run and there are places to go for hikes. parks, rivers, swimming areas, etc "
  • Csnolin
"From the general area in the capital-region, we moved to Loudon about two decades ago and feel very much a part of the community. We have an active school-age-centric community, many activities for families and retirees, and plenty of places to eat. We are 10 minutes from Concord and the highway, yet have the luxury of rural living. If you don't mind the influx of people a few times a year for the NASCAR races, this is a great town to raise a family. We love the elementary school, but are on the fence about middle and high school. Fortunately, again, we are near several alternatives if we choose a different school. "
