ARE YOU MOVING TO THE BOSTON AREA? RENOVATING NEXT WINTER AND NEED TEMPORARY HOUSING FOR SIX MONTHS? RELOCATING FOR WORK IN NOVEMBER OF 2026? (SORRY, THIS WINTER IS ALREADY TAKEN)

Before you buy or commit to a long term lease, do you need a place to get settled, starting NEXT fall? Why not enjoy the "Best view on the entire East Coast", as described by previous tenants? Come to Marblehead, unpack your bags, and relax by the ocean. Our fully furnished, three bedroom, three and a half bath oceanfront house will be available for rent for six months, starting in early November. Each of three bedrooms has its own separate bath and fantastic view of the water. One is a semi-private suite with a separate entrance for guests. Hot tub and plenty of driveway parking. Just $4250 per month (plus utilities). Well below the Zillow recommended rental range. Stop by to check out this amazing oceanfront home. November through early May (dates are a bit flexible). Call/text Don and Barbara, the owners, directly at the REPLY number below.

ABOUT OUR LOCATION: Situated on a rocky bluff overlooking a quiet cove and sandy beach, with the open ocean just beyond a series of islands. Our contemporary house is located on Peach's Point- a private dead end road at the very tip of the Marblehead peninsula. Watch everything from kayaks to ocean liners drift past this spectacular view. Rocky cliffs, islands, beaches, light houses, lobster boats, sea gulls, seals, and swans- it looks more like the coast of Down East Maine, but it's all right here, less than 20 miles from downtown Boston. Walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Easy access to the city by car or nearby bus. Close to Salem, Beverly, Swampscott, Peabody, Manchester-By-the-Sea, Gloucester, Rockport, Ipswich, Lynn. Come see for yourself. Stop by and check out this amazing location!

Tenant reimburses for water, gas, electricity, internet, cable TV each month as bills become due. Landlord provides copies of each bill.

"Marblehead is truly something else. I have lived here for the past 10 years and I am sad to leave. This town will always feel like home. "
  • Msherman48
"It’s Marblehead, an almost 400 year old fishing village on Massachusetts Bay. We have a small town but urban “walking” downtown on a spectacularly beautiful natural harbor. This is the real thing! And, it’s only a short hop to Boston, America’s intellectual capital city. If it didn’t have a cold winter, the whole world would want to live here!"
  • Cynshor
"Takes a little while to get out of Marblehead and through surrounding Salem and Swampscott. Worth every minute on the ride home when you hit the water views."
  • dbrownbos
"My neighborhood is in a great location close to schools and old town section of town. You can walk to shopping and the harbor. Lots of attractions nearby. "
  • Frank K.
