If $1,250.00 is more than 25% of your gross income, please do not apply. We pay water, sewer, and garbage fees. Tenant responsible for electric, TV, and Internet if desired. Laundry building on location. We have a month to month lease and require a 30 day notice on move out. You can contact Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm if you have questions or would like to schedule a viewing. If interested email us and we will respond with a rental application.

We don't have sidewalks, so we have to teach our children and pets how to walk respectifully. If someone is driving down our road we wave to them, because they either live here, are lost or visiting a friend!"
