We require first and last months rent with a non refundable cleaning/security deposit of $800.00. We also require the rent to be 25% of your gross income to be eligible to rent. If $1,050.00 is more than 25% of your gross income, please do not apply. We pay water, sewer, and garbage fees. Tenant responsible for electric, TV, and Internet if desired. Laundry building on location. We have a month to month lease and require a 30 day notice on move out. We don't have sidewalks, so we have to teach our children and pets how to walk respectifully. If someone is driving down our road we wave to them, because they either live here, are lost or visiting a friend!"
