Large 1,724 sq foot 3BR/2BA home with office, and a 2 car garage and central heat and air. The lot is a beautiful fenced in 0.33 acres. Completely remodeled master shower, kitchen has nice white appliances(side by side refrigerator) and granite countertops, the central heat and air is only a few years old and still under warranty! All new professional large 24" tile throughout the entire house with new larger baseboards. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and the entire house was painted including all baseboards and doors. Large Great room and formal dining room for entertaining. This home is made with a solid concrete block/stucco construction and has a large fenced in backyard. Nice quiet area in the North Silver Springs Shores area of Ocala(minutes from Baseline road). The rent is $1,645 month if paid on time and security deposit is $1,800(Total Move-in is $3,445 plus background search fee per adult, I do NOT require first, last and security). Non-Dangerous pets ARE allowed with a pet fee(NO monthly pet rent charges). The application is FREE but there is a $50 background search fee per adult that will be due prior to moving in(there is NO FEE to fill out my rental application). 1 year lease term. The owner pays for water; the tenant pays for electricity, trash, and WiFi. Well behaved, non-dangerous dog or cat are ok with one-time pet fee.

With all the land being destroyed around us there are more and more sightings of bears etc. Always keep your pets on a leash and carry a blow horn, pepper spray and maybe even a taser.     "I’ve lived here my entire life. I was born in 2000 and am turning 24 in October. Ocala has some things for little children, but it mainly caters to the adult and wealthy populations (ie, downtown & WEC). There is little to nothing to do as a teenager/young adult, or a poor person, for free or low cost. Ocala’s refusal to cater to the young adult and poor population has been a very direct contributor to the rise of drug use and violent crime. "

    "The weather here is amazing! The Neighborhood is a diverse area with many friendly people. Lots of people walk on the long sidewalk that rust along Marion Oaks Trail. There is also endless paved/dirt trails to ride on the Green Way. I ride my E-trike to the trailhead on 49th ave, it’s 10 minutes from my house, there is another trailhead near by as well. There’s a 2 story Publix, 711, hair place, nail place and a Walmart within 5 miles from here. Plus the Beach is 45 minutes away. The Rainbow River is 20 minutes away And they are all super easy to find. "
