3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath 1 Car Garage. - Beautiful Townhouse that has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom and a large 1 car garage. This property is conveniently located close to shopping, JBER, highway access, and there is even Cheney Lake nearby! when you get to the unit you drive up into your large single car garage. At the end of the garage as a door to the hallway that will lead you upstairs. Before the stairway, to the right is a rec room with 1/2 bath and then beyond that is the utility area, washer and dryer hookups for you to bring your own if you want, and the furnace and hot water heaters. Back in the hallway you turn left to enter a large master bedroom. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower. If you go halfway up the large stairway you get to the front door which looks out to the street. Going on up you enter into the living room and dining room. Going straight you go into the eat-in kitchen. If you turn left before the kitchen the hallway has the entry closet and straight ahead is the full bath, and left and right are the second and third bedrooms. There is a second parking space in front of the master bedroom window. On the out side there is an electrical outlet for a head bolt heater, for wintertime use.     "Nearby school, fairly quiet compared to others areas on this side of town. Well kept yards, neighbors are friendly but respect your privacy. Some loose dogs roam the neighborhood but don’t cause any problems besides barking and they don’t seem to be strays. Nice and spacious mid-century single family homes. Some issues with people speeding and skipping stop signs later at night. No issues with packages and deliveries being left on the porch. Overall a good place to live. "

I have lived here for 25 years and feel safe walking down the street by myself. we have everything stores, restaurants, bakery's, banks credit Union, Grocery stores, Walmart super store as well as Fred Meyers, movie theaters. parks, trails, all right outside your front door extremely convenient ! we also have beautiful views of the mountains.
