About this House

Step back in time--in the best possible way! This remarkably well-preserved 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers 1,920 SF of living space and a whole lot of personality. Built in 1965 and lovingly maintained through the years, much of the home proudly wears its vintage character. It may not have quartz countertops and gray everything--and that's exactly what makes it fun.The home is exceptionally cleanand well cared for, with newer windows installed within the past 10 years and plenty of opportunity to enjoy it exactly as it is or bring your own vision to the finishes. Sitting on a sun-soaked 10,000 SF lot, the outdoor space is just as impressive. The large fenced backyard features a serious greenhouse equipped with heat, water AND electricity--this isn't your average backyard tomato operation! Add a single-car garage, oversized RV parking and enough additional parking for up to 8 vehicles, and you've got space that is increasingly hard to find. Light, bright, clean & solid, loved and unapologetically vintage. Bring your remodeling ideas--or bring your record player and let the good times roll.

"Nearby school, fairly quiet compared to others areas on this side of town. Well kept yards, neighbors are friendly but respect your privacy. Some loose dogs roam the neighborhood but don’t cause any problems besides barking and they don’t seem to be strays. Nice and spacious mid-century single family homes. Some issues with people speeding and skipping stop signs later at night. No issues with packages and deliveries being left on the porch. Overall a good place to live. "
  • loren garcia
