As you climb the top of the stairs, you will find 2 enormous bedrooms. The bathroom is right in the middle that creates a nice privacy effect for each person in the bedroom. Also upstairs is the in unit washer and dryer. The living room window faces Campbell Creek Greenbelt, so the sunlight comes in during the evening hours and all you will see are trees, lawn, and Campbell Creek. It is beautiful. The living room also offers plenty of space and past tenants have found it to be quiet cozy. There is plenty of room and you won't feel cramped. This is a very quiet community and the manager lives on sight. It is a 40 unit apartment building. If you need a large living space this apartment is for you. We have a very large parking lot. You may park 2 vehicles here.Owner pays for heat, water, sewer, trash, and snow plowing. You must earn 3 times the monthly rent to qualify. Minimum credit score is 550. We do not allow pets.

    "I live at 76th and Old Seward and am buying a house on 79th. This area is great because of it's fast access to major shopping and eating establishments. It's got fast access to the trail system within a couple blocks and Taku lake is beautiful. My favorite part is that even though this neighborhood is in the center of everything with great access to Seward Highway, it's also very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. "
