It is one block from Thurman Ave and a little over a half mile to restaurants like The Thurman Cafe. It has two large bedrooms on the second floor and a third bedroom on the third floor. Laundry hookups are in the basement if the tenant wants to bring a washer and dryer. It's a nice block with many fully renovated homes. Location is outstanding close to everything.

    "Though it is improving some , this neighborhood has it's cycle of ups and downs every couple of years. Good people move in, bad people move in. The bad usually dont last long before they leave, and the good get tired of the revolving bad so they move too. Lots ov vacant properties within a few blocks on this street."
