This is a 1bedroom 1 bathroom. This is a downstairs unit. Rent includes the water, trash and sewer. Their is 1 parking space inside the complex. We have laundry onsite a swimming pool and security cameras. Mananeger lives onsite.

2 years of verifiable income ( and that doesn't mean 2 years of pay stubs that just means we can verify you have been working in the past 2 years. )

Income requirements are 2 1/2 time the rent
NO EVICTIONS AND NO RECENT BANKRUPTCY

We are month to month rental. Rent includes water trash and sewer. We are also a non smoking complex and if you smoke you will have to go out of the complex. We do allow Cats as pets and their is a $200 pet deposit per pet. We do allow service and emotional support dogs.
