Room Description

The area for rent is the full basement in a single-family home. Utilities are included in the rent. The basement includes one large open area, one full bath, one bedroom, and another room that can be used as an office. The basement also includes a kitchen area with sink, stove top, microwave oven, and full size refrigerator. A washer and dryer are also located in the basement but must be shared with others that live in the house. The basement area that is for rent is not furnished. This is a shared housing arrangement. Two friendly dogs currently reside at the property.

No smoking or recreational drugs allowed. The following utilities are included in the rent: water, electricity, gas, and internet. Pets are allowed if the specific pet is approved by the landlord. An additional pet deposit might be required depending on the type of pet. It is a one year lease. After first year the lease can be continued on a month-to-month basis. The room is for one person only. Tenant is responsible for any damages or repairs as a result of their negligence or obsessive wear and tear. The property cannot be painted and should be returned to its original condition upon vacating.

I love it here but the crime is getting bad and I want to move my family someplace where I can have some space around my house without my neighbor being able to hear me sneezing and tissue out the window to me they’re building everywhere there is a space of land. It’s not a quiet little town it used to be but we still do have some old-fashioned values and we still celebrate the Fourth of July with a parade and fireworks.Be it ever so humble there’s no place like Catonsville."
