On site carport. Walking distance to the private beach tram, Waterside shops and Artis Naples and includes all of the amenities that Pelican Bay has to offer which include private beaches, beachside restaurants, tennis courts, pro shops, full fitness center, community center, etc. St. Simone is a small intimate community with its own private pool and spa.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. One guest bedroom has a full bunk bed with a trundle and the third bedroom has 2 full size beds.
3 month minimum preferred, but shorter lease with a 2 month minimum will be considered based on availability. 5% monthly rent reduction for a commitment of greater than 3 months.
May to September $3,200 per month
October to December $5500 per month
In season (January to April) $8500 per month

11% Tourist tax will be added to the monthly rent

Membership cards are $300 for 2 guests for the duration of the stay

A golf club lies in the middle of the community. Unique in having private beach facilities within walking distance of residences.
