Deposit required $1500.

No smoking is allowed anywhere on property due to asthmatic resident and neighbor. Rent must be paid by 5th of each month. Utilities will be paid by renter. All payments will be sent via Zelle, no checks accepted. Deposit is not eligible for last month of rent. Terms of lease are 12 months. Once application is complete, a background and credit history will be run to be paid for by the applicant. Early termination of lease is acceptable with 60 days notice.
