Charming 1950s era bungalow with beautiful plants inside and out. Enjoy the particularly cozy and most comfortable furniture and bedding to relax and recharge. Set in a beautiful tree lined neighborhood with gorgeous live oaks and roaming wild chickens. Ample dining and shopping options nearby, including the super cool West King strip with great spots like Bog Brewery/Tacos My Blessing and Buena Onda Cafe.

The main bedroom has a King Leesa Hybrid mattress for a great night's sleep. The second bedroom has two twin beds that also have Leesa mattresses. Both rooms have blackout cellular shades. The Article leather couch provides a most comfy TV viewing experience. Also enjoy the cozy furniture on the front or the back porch, both with beautiful views of the neighborhood tree canopy. The house is designed for families, small groups and traveling professionals. There is a full kitchen with all basic amenities, washer/dryer, and brand new central air conditioning.

Mature, tree lined streets including Spanish moss laden live oaks. The neighborhood is close to downtown, beaches, restaurants and shopping. Kids will love the sounds of wild chickens in the neighborhood - us adults do, too :)
