About this House

BEAUTIFUL, meticulously maintained beach front home!

Can comfortably sleep 12-15 people.

Advertised weekly rent is for 8, anything over 8 per week is an additional $250 per person

Everything is included, all amenities. Paper towels, towels, washer & dryer, basic cooking ingredients, pots, pans, blender, microwave, etc. this is our home that you walk into on weeks we aren't living there.

Our personal belongings are the office which is the only part off limits. You will have full access to the rest of the home.

This is priced per week. I also have some weeks rented just not sure how to block them off on here. Please reach out for availability inquiries.

Will rent monthly for $6,000

$2,500 per week (Friday - Friday or Sunday - Sunday)

$6,000 per month if you want it for 3/4 weeks.

If renting more than 1 week a cleaner will come Sunday afternoon, regardless if you are staying or leaving. This is non negotiable.

Security deposit of $2,500. 100% refundable of course so long as there are no damages.

This is our second home, there will be 1 locked room that contains all of our personal items. Other than that, you are welcome to the entire home as if it were your own.

There is everything you could possibly need from basic cooking ingredients to towels to first aid. I ask that if you use all of something, please replace it. Whether it be salt, TP, paper towels, etc. there are extras of everything but occasionally on a 2+ week stay, things happen and stuff runs low.
