About this House

Hey all! Large furnished master suite available on the third floor of a fully furnished gated townhome in Montrose/Midtown. The room is 18x14 with high ceilings, a walk-in closet plus a second closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and enclosed toilet area. Tons of privacy.

Shared spaces include a kitchen/dining/living area on the second floor with granite countertops, gas cooktop, and a gas fireplace. Central AC, washer/dryer in-unit. The home is in a private gated neighborhood near Bomar and Stanford, walkable to Montrose and Midtown restaurants and shops. About 10 minutes to TMC and downtown.

You'd share the home with one full-time roommate, a 24-year-old male research coordinator at Baylor College of Medicine. I'm the owner, a pediatric ICU physician at Texas Children's. I live mostly in Philly and only use an upstairs room about one week every 5 to 6 weeks. Very low-key when I'm around.

We're clean, easygoing, and respectful of everyone's space. Open to any responsible roommate. Available July 15. Feel free to message me with a bit about yourself and your move-in timeline!

No smoking inside. Flexible lease length, open to month-to-month or longer. $75/month flat utility fee covers electricity, water, gas, wifi, and trash. Optional attached garage parking available for $75/month. Quiet, respectful household. Cats considered; no dogs, please.

Everything I need is within a 1 to 2 mile radius which makes it super convenient run errands. I see the same familiar faces daily which I feel makes it a bit more safer. It's super quiet at night too."

    "Uber is expensive. Use bikes or pub trans. I don’t live here so I don’t have too much to say about public transportation. I was only here for about three days in which I used Uber the whole time and it got extremely pricey. I think if there was those scooters that are around the street I would have totally used them. But they were not accessible I haven’t seen any."
