Best value in the heart of Payson. Would be a great place to build a home on a quiet street at a price you could afford. This lot is zoned R19, so it is buildable. The owners have received a variance from the city to build on the lot. I can send you a copy upon request. The lot dimensions are 130' wide by 60' deep. With the variance the home would be 25' deep. The city has said a mobile home with a foundation would be ok. Please drive by the property so you are familiar with it. It does have a steep slope on the back end of the property that drops 15-20 feet. Tons of trees and the city has cleared that it is not in a water zone even though some county photos show a stream running through the property. There isn't one. The seller is not going to be looking at low ball offers, so don't send them they just won't respond. The comps for the property are over $90,000, but the seller has compensated for the steep slope.
