New roof in 2019, along with many other upgrades including a/c unit. The den/double garage was enclosed and turned into an extra bedroom/studio apartment. Can easily be converted back to a den and living area turned into office space. Carport that is attatched with slab and a bbq area with slab is all on the back of the house.
Out buildings are negotiable as far as staying there.
