NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the studio is not suitable to accommodate them.

NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking/vaping inside the studio! Any smoking evidence will have to be deducted from the security deposit for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

QUIET HOURS
Peaceful living in our community with quiet hours from 10pm to 8am to ensure a serene environment for families and seniors.

STUDIO IS BY MAIN HOME PARKING AREA
Studio is separate and has its own private entrance with plenty of free street parking. No available parking on the premises.

All outside factors of the area, for example, maintenance, front yards, parking and overall neighborhood look is horrible. Everyone is always fighting for parking, people park their cars for dayyysss in the same spot, and cars are parked in front yards/sidewalks. My car got hit being parked. My husbands car was broken into. As far as look, there is always trash, furniture, dog poops and alcoholic glass everywhere. Yards aren’t kept up. Area is over populated to the point that there is not enough parking for everyone. I literally park two blocks away from my home every day. Overall, not a good neighborhood for families nor does it feel safe. "
