About this House

3 bed/2 bath condo in Singing Springs Village on the ground floor. Our favorite part about the condo is how close it is to the beach (5 minute walk from 6th street) and a few more minutes to downtown. The unit also has a lot of square footage (+1,300) for the beach side of Carpinteria.

The photos show here are from 2013 and the condo has been very well maintained, so they are accurate. The windows have been upgraded to double pane and we have installed a larger fridge. Carpets replaced and popcorn ceiling removed 2 years ago.

Shared laundry is quarter fed and onsite.

1 year lease that defaults to month to month. Electricity and Internet are tenants responsibility. Water, trash and recycles are covered by the owner.

Tenant is responsible for maintaining the back patio to HOA rules and regulations.

No smoking in the condo or on the premises per HOA rules.

    "I’ve lived in Carpinteria for more than 20 years and I love this little beach town. It has its own laidback feel to it and isn’t as stuffy or trendy as Montecito or Santa Barbara. There isn’t much in the way of nightlife and things get pretty quiet after about 8:30pm. But the charm of this place is hard to beat. "

    "I live here part time and work here. Been here for 24 years. I fell in love with the town in 1991 and have loved it ever since.I am an artist and it is beautiful! People are so so nice. You have the gorgeous beach, ocean, sunsets, and mountains while everything in the town is a flat walk , biking hiking, sipping coffee in the sun. Just a wonderful heavenly quiet joyful place to be!"
