There is a large living room and dining area. The kitchen includes stainless steel fridge, electric glass-top stove and unique tiled counters. Downstairs bedroom connects directly to full bathroom with shower. Upstairs bathroom features full shower/tub combo with tile backsplash. Additional bedroom, office and shop space in the large finished basement. Large enclosed back patio and yard with garage for storage.

There is off-street parking with access via W 5th Alley by use of a manual-roll gate. The garage can also be used for off-street parking. There is often parking on-street in front of the house. Brand new washer and dryer installed and included with lease.

The neighborhood is in the heart of the Whiteaker, with all of the shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment on offer there. Its walkable and bikeable to most of Eugene with ample access to transit. Close to the Willamette River and downtown.

There are some personal items in the home that will be removed before tenants move-in.

If you need additional time to complete your application because you require language assistance, please let us know at the time you submit your application.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets may be allowed (cats and dogs) allowed, but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for electricity, water/sewer, refuse service, plus any desired internet/cable services.

Laundry: Washer and dryer provided, located in the utility room.

Landscaping: Tenants are responsible for landscaping and yard maintenance.

Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home, and these activities are not allowed on the property.

First-Come, First-Serve: We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of approval. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
