About this House

1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom unit in the beautiful Lakewood Village! It has been freshly painted and cleaned. The carpets have also been steam cleaned. This unit will not last so act now! Unit comes with stove and refrigerator as a courtesy item. There is a Large, shared backyard with a bonus shed for storage! This is street parking only.

650 or above for FICO credit scores required for all adult applicants in order to be considered for rental
3x the rent for monthly gross income

We do require renters insurance for all adults
Pets may be considered with quantity, breed, type, age, weight restrictions, please inquire directly.
No smoking
We start all newly approved applicants on a 9 month lease to start, no exceptions.
