Berkeley has a homeless problem who are always digging inside trash and making a mess and the potholes here are insane and never get fixed.     "Hardly any sidewalks and there are sometimes loose aggressive dogs in the neighborhood.There is the Clear Creek trail and it's good for dog walking but at the entrance at 55th place and Lowell Blvd.there are also people that let their dogs run loose.Snakes and coyote are in the area with more wildlife in the area too like skunks and raccoons and water fowl in a small refuge area with fishing ponds."

    "Dont move to Berkeley village mobile home trailers. The manager here won't let you sell your trailer at the price that you want. If you want to sell your trailer she'll buy it from you at a crappy price that SHE wants if not you'll have to move somewhere else with your mobile home."

Love the Rocky Mnt Park, Sloans Lake & Berkeley areas the most. I highly recommend this area, the Elementary schools are great; however private schools should be chosen for middle & high school."
