Berkeley has a homeless problem who are always digging inside trash and making a mess and the potholes here are insane and never get fixed.     "Dont move to Berkeley village mobile home trailers. The manager here won't let you sell your trailer at the price that you want. If you want to sell your trailer she'll buy it from you at a crappy price that SHE wants if not you'll have to move somewhere else with your mobile home."
