"I lived here and commuted to Addison for work. I would walk to the nearby creek and UT trails and would see families and joggers. There were schools and church's within walking distance and the street was well lit that I would walk at night with no worries. "

""The New Highland Park" for half the price. What an incredible neighborhood. Nature, golf course, best Dallas area schools, right near highways and DART, Shopping, recreation, safe and secure! Voluntary HOA provides security, networking, flags on holidays etc. Walk to country club and walk on golf course. Great place to raise kids, retire, be single or start off life!"
