"Leisurely because I don’t have very far to go and the neighborhood is heavily treed and quiet and there are lots of people walking their dogs and taking their kids to school in the mornings. "

"I work from home and do not commute. When I did, 75 was awful and the tollway was difficult too. "

"The one thing I like about the neighborhood is that there is always a lot of people exercising. This is a community that cares about their health. Neighbors who own homes are always smiling and occasionally chatting!"

"Amazing neighborhood old but nice! Most people are friendly most are elderly. Really close to stores and highway. I have lived here for 10years now and only had one robbery in my car and it was some young kids "

"We are a family oriented, small town feel of a neighborhood here in the suburbs. Neighbors know each other and kids play outside a lot."
  • Savannah B.
"I lived here and commuted to Addison for work. I would walk to the nearby creek and UT trails and would see families and joggers. There were schools and church's within walking distance and the street was well lit that I would walk at night with no worries. "

""The New Highland Park" for half the price. What an incredible neighborhood. Nature, golf course, best Dallas area schools, right near highways and DART, Shopping, recreation, safe and secure! Voluntary HOA provides security, networking, flags on holidays etc. Walk to country club and walk on golf course. Great place to raise kids, retire, be single or start off life!"
